How you Found Us?
We found Sue and Pete through the recommended supplier list at our wedding venue. We knew we wanted our pups to be part of our day but weren’t sure how this would work and didn’t want to put the pressure on our family and friends who would have wanted to spend the day present with us, rather than making sure the dogs were behaving themselves!
How did you feel about having a chaperone looking after your dog on your special day?
To start with, we were a bit apprehensive about having Sue and Pete look after the dogs on the day, but as soon as we met them for our zoom consultation that apprehension turned into positive feelings, especially the feeling of being reassured that the dogs would be well looked after.
What was our communication like ?
Sue and Pete communicated with us openly and clearly throughout. They were both so personable and friendly and we could not have asked for a better team to look after our dogs on our wedding day.
How did you feel after our zoom ?
We met a couple of times over zoom as well as speaking via email and felt very quickly that they would know how to manage the pups and that all the details were finalised and in place

On the day, Sue and Pete sent us pup-dates so we could see how the dogs were doing and what they had been up to.We had worried that one of our dogs, Marley, would bark throughout our ceremony as he is a rather anxious rescue dog. We asked that if he did, to take him away for a wander around the grounds. They responded so well to him and met his needs perfectly. The dogs stayed a while at the wedding which was great for us to get some pictures and spend some time with them before they headed off to settle down for the evening at our local accommodation. Again, Sue and Pete were so flexible and spent the afternoon/evening taking care of the dogs while our friends and family could dance the night away.
Your overall experience of us ?
Overall, we had an incredible experience with Sue and Pete and would definitely use their range of services again. If another bride or groom-to-be was looking for their dog(s) to attend their wedding and be well looked after, we would say that Sue and Pete are the people to do just that! It can be nerve wracking and seem impossible to have both the best day, focussing on you and your partner, and look after the dogs at the same time.
However, as soon as you contact Sue and Pete and take a look at their work on their social media, you will know it can be done, all you have to do is get in touch with them and have your first call.Thank you Sue and Pete for making sure our Olive and Marley were part of our special day, it meant more than words could ever say!
