How did you find us:
Learnt about your service through the Cornwall weddings Facebook page and noticed lots of glowing recommendations for your business.
How did you feel about having a chaperone looking after your dog on your special day?
Our little dog, Willow, is very special to us and it was so important to us both to have her there with us on our wedding day. It was equally important that we have someone dedicated to look after her on the day so we didn't have to worry about her and making sure she was comfortable and behaving! It's an overwhelming day for everyone and can be a lot for a dog to endure, so it was essential that we had a chaperone for her to make sure she was safe and well looked after.
What was our communication like?
Communication with Sue & Pete was excellent from the start. They were both so friendly, welcoming and very informative. They clearly are very knowledgeable in what they do and had lots of recommendations on how the wedding day best runs with having a dog there - they gave us lots of helpful tips during the planning process too.
How did you feel after our zoom:
After our initial zoom there was no doubt that we wanted to go ahead and book Sue & Pete, they were very informative and gave us an idea of how the day would run and made sure Willow's welfare was put first which was very reassuring to hear.
How was our contact throughout the lead up to your special day ?
Contact throughout the lead up was excellent and efficient, they always allowed us to ask any questions at any stage during the booking process, nothing was ever too much trouble.
What was our response time like ?
Response time was excellent, we were never left waiting or wondering, everything was responded too quickly

Were we flexible ?
Lots of different options for communicating, mainly by email but we loved the WhatsApp group created where we could talk about the finer details and share the photos from our special day - a really special touch that we absolutely loved.
Your overall experience of us ?

Overall experience was 10/10, could not fault anything at all. We were so pleased with the chaperone service that you provided and it was clear that Willow enjoyed the day as much as we did. It was a huge relief and peace of mind knowing she was in such great hands and we didn't have to worry about her one bit. She was able to be part of the ceremony and reception where she could interact with the guests and perform her duty as ring bearer, but Sue made sure she had plenty of breaks and treats so that she wouldn't feel overwhelmed. We are so thankful and would 100% be using any of your services if we ever need to in the future!
What’s your advice to a to-be bride about using our chaperone services ?
My advice to brides-to-be looking for a chaperone service for their dogs on their wedding day would be to thoroughly research the companies out there. There are lots of individuals claiming to be experienced dog chaperones but don't have any specific wedding experience, and the wedding day can be overwhelming for dogs so it's really important to have experienced professionals like Sue & Pete who really take care to ensure your dogs welfare is put first and ensuring they enjoy the day as much as you do.
